A late addition to the game, Birds of Fortune's card effects are an amalgamation of a lot of various effects that were quickly getting cut. I do like that I added that this effect could have multiple activations and think it's worth having at least one in most decks as the card you pull goes back to your hand than other places, as most other effects do. This helps it be more relevant compared with others, but at the cost of not being as efficient.
