Development
- Written by Game Designer J. Evan Raitt:
At one point, Sludge was the most powerful card in the game. It had no card effect but instead had 2 Power rather than the one it has now, and this was also at a time where players could have four of each card in their deck. Sludge was a dominant force and the biggest wall I could have ever made. It was not fair. Thankfully setting it to just 1 Power made it much better. It was so much fun to have this card be what it is.
