I didn't want to have a lot of no-effect Beasts in the game since we had very few card slots, but I think it was a good idea to make the one that was be aligned with the Aquatic deck so you could get a little more out of it if you took the extra steps. I do wish I could have had more basic Beasts but I think there is still enough to work with.
