Information
Despite the name, Sweet Tooth is a beast with multiple sharp fangs. Their name comes from their ability to lose teeth and quickly regrow them as needed, so it's not unusual to see a Sweet Tooth with a singular fang. Their constantly-growing teeth also ensures that a Sweet Tooth will always have new sharp fangs not very far off, even if they've somehow lost all of them. If bitten, there's a high chance at least one of their sugarglass teeth will be left behind in the bite mark, and they're known to regularly shed their old ones, so have caution when treading around in the snow.
It's said that new Sweet Tooths simply magically spring out holes in the snow! With the right ingredients, Sweet Tooths are also able to be created by a highly skilled baker. They can come in different colors, and can also produce different colored flames with different abilities, depending on their diet and the type of stardust present where it has spawned from.
Sweet Tooths are described as usually tasting like spiced cake, and some of their sprinkles are cinnamon-flavored and quite hot. Ultimately, it depends on what the beast has been feasting on for its diet. Multiple Sweet Tooths (and oftentimes Birthday Bashers) are called a baker's dozen, regardless of the amount present.
Development
- Written by Art Team Lead Hollulu:
Sweet Tooth was uploaded alongside Glow Angel by core artist Melscribbles on March 1st, 2021, as her last two beast design concepts for the Original Forty. Sweet Tooth's name comes from the old phrase, which means to have an appetite for eating lots of sweets.
The Dots foil type was chosen for Sweet Tooth's holographic card to represent the colorful sprinkles all over the beast, as well as the iridescent sparkly slush of Bittersweet Peaks, the location they naturally spawn in.

Trivia
- Sweet Tooth is alluded to in Birthday Basher's card flavor text: "These hotheads and their fiery cupcake cohorts patrol around the Bittersweet Peaks."
- Sweet Tooth's flavor text is inspired by the phrase "bark is worse than their bite", which is still fitting, as they do sometimes bark when angry.
