Paintergeist is a Beast Card that was first seen and printed in the Grotto Beasts! Trading Card Game.
The Card
Card Effect
| When summoned, attach three cards from the top of your deck face down onto Paintergeist. During either of your action phases at any time, you may rest Paintergeist and discard a card from Paintergeist. If the discarded card is a Wish, you may summon it free of cost. |

- You cannot look at face down cards. If you wish to choose a face down card, it must be done either by random or by memory.

Paintergeist was part of the very first set of Beasts Sturner designed after the entire project was greenlit, and I knew I wanted to have a mechanic that felt like you could have it full off any wish effect for free. I'm glad it worked out.
